Shipping Policy:
We endeavor to dispatch all orders as soon as possible, usually within 2-3 days. During holidays, we may not be able to process orders immediately so please allow 5-7 business days to ship your order. Additionally, please note, that orders received after 12 noon, on Fridays, will not be processed until the following week.
Returns/Exchanges:
On Sale & Promotional items are FINAL and cannot be returned or exchanged.
If you are not happy with your web purchase, you can return it within 15 days of delivery. The returned items must be unworn and in its original new condition with all tags attached. Merchandise that does not meet these requirements or that is postmarked after 15 days of delivery, will not be accepted.
Please email us at: sales@firuzeinc to request a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RA#). Once you receive the R/A number, please write it on the outside of the box and return it to us immediately.
Firuzé Inc is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. We recommend shipping with a service that will provide a tracking number and require a signature.
Once we receive your package, we will refund your credit card, or apply the amount from your return to your new order/exchange. You will receive an e-mail once your refund/exchange has been processed.
