Return & Exchange Instructions

You may return or exchange your unworn merchandise within two weeks of the purchase date  at any USAFiruze stores, or by mail.

Return or Exchange in the Stores

1.      For the returns in the stores, you must present the actual invoice for your purchase and the same Credit Card used for the purchase when returning the merchandise. If you do not have the Credit Card with you, the store will issue you a store credit.

Return or Exchange by Mail

1.      For the returns by mail, you need to email us at: sales@firuzeinc.com and ask for a Return Authorization Number.

2.      Make sure towrite the Authorization Number on the box next to our address. We will not accept any packages without the return authorization number written on it.

3.     Include a copy of the invoice in the package and keep the original for your record.

4.      For the Returns, write your credit card information on your receipt or in a letter so we can credit your Card.

5.      For Exchange, fill out the details of item(s) you want to receive in exchange.

6.      Firuze will ship the item you want to receive in exchange to the same Ship-To address on the invoice slip. Firuze will pay standard shipping charges. If the item you request is not available, we will process the item you sent as a return and issue you a refund.


7.      Allow 2-3 weeks from the return shipping date for your account to be credited and 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.
