Returning Items to FIRUZE

1. You may return your unworn merchandise within two weeks of the purchase date.
2. Follow the return instructions on the invoice included with your order.

3. Include the invoice slip and keep a copy for your records.

4. Allow 2-3 weeks from the shipping date for your account to be credited and 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.


Returning Items to FIRUZE

1. You may return or exchange your unworn Firuze merchandise at any U.S. Firuze stores, within two weeks of the purchase date.

2. You must present the actual invoice for your purchase and the card used for the purchase when returning the merchandise. If you do not have the card with you, the store will issue a store credit.


Exchanging Items Purchased on Firuzedesign.com

1. Follow the exchange instructions on the invoice slip included with your order.
2. Fill out the details of item(s) you want to receive in the exchange.

3. Include the invoice slip and keep a copy for your records.
4. Firuze will ship the item you want to receive in exchange to the same Ship-To address on this invoice slip. Firuze will pay standard shipping charges. If the item you request is not available, we will process the item you sent as a return and send you a refund.
